  This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in yesterday with a friend looking to sign up for a cell plan for the very first time and the sales associates made it as confusing as possible. The worst part was that they answered the same question 2-3 different ways, often black and white answers, and with a (clearly fake) confidence each time! They even gave us different rates and then would not follow through with the promised rates. The manager got involved and he was just as bad and then said the sales associate we first had was brand new... if true, that just means she doesn't yet have proper training or a great manager who leads by example in my opinion. He kept acting like it was all her fault. I felt terrible for her. There was a corporate woman there as well who was also no help. We left with one problem they couldn't resolve (setting up auto pay). Honestly, I was floored. If my friend didn't need her cell phone plan because of an emergency, we would have left and gone to another brand. Oh and we were there for two hours. Terrible in every sense.
